What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever done?
It probably has to be taking care of 2 toddlers and a dog.What are you great at? How do you know you’re great at it?

I currently run my department of one, successfully, managing customers and suppliers across multiple countries. At my previous work, I created a tool to try to foresee the impact of the price of oil indexes on the future price of downstream derivatives.What are you proud of?

The optimal way to view life is as a realist, neither an optimist nor a pessimist. We must see things as they are.What book or essay that you read in the past year had the biggest impact on your life? Two books by Matt Haig, The Midnight library and The Humans.
